Privacy at FounderBrands
FounderBrands operates this website. This policy describes the current website flow and the choices you make when you use a contact form, book a strategy call, or request a profile audit.
Information you choose to provide
The retained contact form is hosted externally and asks for first name, last name, email address, and phone number. A strategy-call booking takes place on an external booking page. Information you enter on either destination is handled in that destination's own systems.
If you request the profile audit at/#audit, the site accepts a work email and at least one public profile reference: an X handle, a LinkedIn profile URL, or both. The audit is designed to review available public profile and post information. It does not ask for private messages.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the action you request: receiving a contact-form submission, arranging a strategy call, or starting and returning a profile audit. FounderBrands may also use information supplied in a request to answer that request and operate the related service. This policy does not add a separate marketing-consent choice.
Website measurement and booking links
This website uses the Meta Pixel and GoFunnel to measure public page visits, campaign attribution and engagement. These services can use cookies or browser storage, browser/device information, referring pages, advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters. The website does not use Microsoft Clarity. Its separate local marketing queue contains only generic public page and call-to-action labels, not profile-audit inputs or private report content.
After a public form or booking submission, a configured confirmation page may receive your email address in a lowercase email URL parameter. On designated public thank-you, discovery-call confirmation and newsletter-welcome pages, GoFunnel can use that email with its attribution identifier to connect the request to the earlier visit. Meta is not loaded on an email-bearing confirmation visit. The website removes the email from the address bar after GoFunnel captures its initial confirmation data, or immediately when tracking is blocked or script loading fails. The initial redirect URL is still received by the website hosting service; URL cleanup does not undo that request. Do not share an email-bearing confirmation URL.
When you follow a booking link, the site can carry forward recognized campaign parameters and existing click identifiers in the link. The external booking destination receives the resulting URL and handles information entered there under its own practices.
Website tracking preferences
You can disable these website trackers on this browser. This choice applies on subsequent page loads and does not change the practices of an external form or booking provider. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are also respected. Temporary website Preview visits and private audit recovery views are excluded from live marketing tracking.
You can also manage cookies and tracking through your browser privacy settings.
How the profile audit is routed
The website sends the audit email and submitted X handle or LinkedIn URL by same-origin request to a restricted FounderBrands server route. That route forwards only those allowed fields to the existing FounderBrands analyzer. It does not forward browser cookies or Authorization headers to the analyzer.
The website keeps a temporary, in-memory mapping between the analyzer audit reference and a random private return token. That mapping is intended to expire after two hours and can end sooner if the website process restarts. The browser may keep this opaque token in tab-scoped session storage to restore the audit without placing it in the active page address. An explicitly copied private return link contains the token in its URL fragment. Tracking is disabled when opening a private return link or restoring an active audit session. The existing analyzer owns its collection, scoring, database and downstream workflow.
What an audit report means
Audit results label the difference between observed, calculated, and unavailable information. Observed information can include public profile details and public posts returned by the source. Scores, content mix, findings, and recommendations are calculated from that available sample. Private messages and information a platform does not supply are unavailable and should not be inferred.
External services and sharing
Your chosen action can direct information to an external service: contact and strategy-call forms use LeadConnector, team booking pages display Calendly calendars automatically, the audit uses the existing FounderBrands analyzer, and public marketing measurement uses Meta and GoFunnel. These providers handle information under their own practices. The website does not forward audit emails, profile references, private return tokens or report content to its marketing-tracking integrations.
Retention, deletion timing, authentication, cookies, and security practices for the existing analyzer, the external contact form, and the booking service are not established by this website implementation. This policy therefore does not state a retention period or guarantee for those systems. No provider privacy-policy URL is listed here unless it was verified in the source flow.
Security and requests about your information
The audit bridge uses a limited set of requests and temporary owner mapping, but no internet transmission or external service can be guaranteed secure. This policy does not claim a particular security certification or compliance program.
The original policy said that, depending on location, a person may be able to ask for access, correction, or deletion. The original public pages did not publish a contact email or legal address. To raise a privacy question or request, use theContact pageand identify the service involved. Any response or change involving an external provider depends on the records and controls available in that provider's system.
Changes and contact
FounderBrands may update this page when the website flow changes. The current contact route is theContact page. The page does not promise a response time or a particular outcome for a request.
